the hotel location was ok.
My room wasn't clean well at all. i don't know why this hotel gets high ratings. It really isn't worth the money and i won't stay here again.

Central Location and Modern Amenities
central location friendly staff blackout feature
The location is REALLY central, convenient for accessing shopping areas and restaurants. I found the staff to be friendly. They were helpful throughout my stay. The blackout feature on the windows worked well. I could easily darken the room for sleeping.
I noticed a strong, unpleasant odour coming from the toilet in my room. A technician applied a product to address this issue, but it was not completely resolved . The hotel did not offer a different room, they were fully booked.

My room featured modern decor and ample space. The bed offered great comfort. I appreciated the effective climate control system. It maintained a consistent temperature.

fantastic barcelona stay
efficient check-in excellent location
the staff was very helpful. i especially appreciated the efficient check-in process. the room was always very nice and neat. i also loved that the location was excellent, offering easy access to many attractions.
the bathroom area often had water coming out after showering, even with towels and a closed door. this created a slight mess.

The gym has multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. a great restaurant provides good dining options. also, a bar allows guests to unwind with a drink after a long day. We loved the bar. but the restaurant was amazing!

the hotel sits conveniently close to shopping areas and restaurants. many tourist spots are within walking distance. the hotel's central situation allowed easy exploration of the city. we loved how easy it was to get around.
