The location is REALLY central, convenient for accessing shopping areas and restaurants. I found the staff to be friendly. They were helpful throughout my stay. The blackout feature on the windows worked well. I could easily darken the room for sleeping.

I noticed a strong, unpleasant odour coming from the toilet in my room. A technician applied a product to address this issue, but it was not completely resolved . The hotel did not offer a different room, they were fully booked.

the staff was very helpful. i especially appreciated the efficient check-in process. the room was always very super clean and cozy. i also loved that the location was excellent, offering easy access to many attractions.

the bathroom area often had water coming out after showering, even with towels and a closed door. this created a slight mess.

The gym has multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. a great restaurant provides good dining options. also, a bar allows guests to unwind with a drink after a long day. We loved the bar. but the restaurant was amazing!
